  Great place The hotel is modern and clean Rooms are nit the biggest, but they are very nicely re-modeled, with hardwood floors, electric fireplaces and what is a great idea, Murphy beds in addition to regular queen size bed, which is much more comfortable than any sofa bed. Pool area is perfect for kids and it's open late (10PM). WiFi is fast, but it's a challenge to connect to 'Chamber' network for the first time, at least me and all people in my party had the problem. Still, great hotel, located not far from historic Old City, highly recommended.

  Our five year old had a great time and enjoyed the playground and the pool! The room was very nice, clean, with nice comforters on the beds. The fireplace is a little chintzy and cannot be turned off. The balcony overlooking the pool is nice, bit is a mixed blessing as the sound from the poolside entertainment definitely carries into the room, even with the door closed. There should really be about double the pool and play space to make this enjoyable for adults. When it's busy, it feels really busy! There is little space for adults to sit and watch the kids out on the pool deck when busy. We had the buffet breakfast and it was mediocre at best. All in all our son did enjoy our stay but I do not think I will return to stay again.

  Hotel is located close to a lots of attractions in Quebec City. Hotels rooms are newly renovated. One think they have to improve is their WiFi access and service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall nice place to stay. :)

  Lovely hotel if you have children. It's clean despite all the kids, the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The swimming pool was great for my toddler and he loved the splash pad. I've been to it twice already and plan to come back in the future, I've read complaints about the temperature of the water in other reviews, it's the warmest hotel pool I've been with my family, very easy to spend a long time swimming. I didn't eat in the hotel so I can't vouch for the food.
