Closed. We had a fabulous dinner last night. The server informed us that the restaurant was closing. It will reopen on Tuesday as something else.

I am born and raised in Quebec city and to my experience, this is the best fine dining experience in the city! Recently I wanted a colleague to experience the best of the city and had a vegetarian he had a celeriac tagliatelle and he loved it. You cannot go wrong by going to this place!

So enjoyable, dinning 4 nights in a row at Panache is a testament to the quality of cuisine. There are many wonderful choices in Quebec, for my palate, Panache is a 5 Star restaurant anywhere. The atmosphere is most relaxing & the cuisine is totally engaging, a special dinning experience. The previous review was from 2016, it is now 2017, and with reservations for June 11, 12, 13 &14th, July 5th & 6th, I am looking forward to dinning there and providing my experiences for this outstanding Restaurant.
