- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We had both the breakfast buffet and a table d'hote dinner here and I would recommend both. The buffet is fairly basic--eggs, some fantastic yogurt and fresh berries, breakfast meats, toast, etc.--but was tasty. Dinner was fantastic--the table d'hote is a great deal (although you don't get to pick the soup or dessert, so make sure you ask ahead of time if you're picky). My soup-averse husband ate every drop of the cream of carrot soup, the appetizers (we had the duck and the salmon) were fantastic, the dinners were great (although the steaks are much better than the pastas), and the sugar pie was rich and delicious.
