  The waitress was extremely sweet and service was great. That being said, the food could have been better. We waited an hour for a plate of ribs and tartare.. As this place was reportedly known for tartare, I was expecting alot and was disappointed. I tried both the salmon and the beef and neither were memorable. Not bad, but nothing special. The portions were small for the price and the taste, and had the taste been mind blowing I would have understood the price but alas. The ribs were very good, but again it was a plate for ants. The parmesan fries for an extra 2 dollars literally just come with a portion of parmesan on the side. The ambiance is generic and without charm. There are better restaurants to go to

  Get the ribs! Awesome food and a really cool restaurant to sit back with friends and have great food and conversation! Really nice place! This was our first time in Quebec City. We're glad we discovered SSS and had a meal there.

  Great bistro fare in old Quebec. It doesn't look like much in front, but the food was good.
